Lydia Francis joined the Paso Food Co-op and then immediately got to work helping in any way she could. She spent many hours getting out the word about the Paso Food Co-op to her many friends.
Lydia shows up for most events and her spouse Tim has played music at the “Local Bites” events that are put on by the Paso Food Co-op.
She also finds time in her busy life to cook good food, tend her garden, volunteer in the community, is a multi-use non-motorized trails advocate and user. Lydia is a veteran and spent her working career in Administration. Pets include rescued dogs, a cat, chickens, and a BLM mustang mare.
