Jac retired from the Roofing Industry in 2016 after serving as a contractor for over 30 years. He's been working along with his wife Cristy in the emerging vermiculture industry for the past 10 years and building a new vision of our future. His background has been in management, marketing, direct sales, emergency services and science.
He's a strong supporter of agricultural education and is currently enrolled at Cuesta College studying Soil Science. Working with teams and like-minded people has helped shape and define his mission in Life. The vermiculture industry is in the beginning stages of development and is a very exciting, knowing the impact it is making in our county.
He works well with other people and enjoy challenges that face all new business ventures. Bringing to our North County a Food Co-Op that supports local farmers is the beginning of a culture that encourages community.
