Cindy McDonald

Cindy McDonald is a senior project manager at a major utility and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management.  With over 30 years in both public and private sectors, Cindy has experience in project management, team building, leadership and professional development, strategic implementation, and collaboration across teams.  She has a ranch in San Miguel and spends her free time adoring her kids and grandbabies, caring for her beloved horses, and is constantly building things.  If you cannot get a hold of Cindy, she is usually in the barn!  Her motto: “Life is short, do more of what makes you happy”.
